This is the original site that still has an extensive bibliography and software listing for those interested in wavelets. The program TIMSTAT (ftp://dg-rtp.dg.com/pub/misc.invest/programs/tstat120.zip) is listed here but the FTP site was not letting me in last I checked (8/7/97).

4. www.ieee.org/nnc. IEEE Neural Networks Council Homepage. Great place to hunt for new ideas on neural network structure and PREPROCESSING ideas. If you can access a university library you really should flip through a few issues of the journal if you have an interest in building your own networks. Don't be put off by the high powered mathematics; just get the general idea of the articles and the possible implementation of these themes in your own nets.IEEE
