USER AGREEMENT FOR FREE PREDICTIONS
(i) The user of this service shall in no event hold Galateia Corporation [Doing business as Price Pattern Prediction] liable for any loss of capital or profit, or any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.
(ii) The user of this service, whether it be a registered user or the public at large, relinquishes all rights to sue Galateia Corporation or engage in any litigation with regard to the usefulness, timeliness, accuracy, or suitability of any of the information provided on this site.
(iii) The user of this service, whether it be a registered user or the public at large, acknowledges that these graphs can and will fail to predict the direction and magnitude of market price movements, that historical performance does not insure future performance, and that the user can and will lose money when using this information to make investment decisions.
(iv) Galateia Corporation specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or merchant liability and fitness for a particular purpose.
(v) The models provided by the service are experimental in nature and the user assumes all risk.
(vi) Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
(vii) There are no warranties, implied or otherwise, as to the quality, suitability, or accuracy, of the service as a whole or the forecasts of any of the models.

(ix) While every effort is made to verify the accuracy of the data used in these models, and to deliver the model forecast to the user in a timely manner, Galateia Corporation is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or timeliness of the data used in preparation of these models, nor in the timliness of the delivery of the model forecasts themselves.
(x) The data and predictions provided by Galateia Corporation may not be resold or redistributed in any way.
(xi) The access privaleges given to members may be revoked if it has been determined that any of the following violations has occured: Multiple logins via the same username and password, public posting of the access information, mutiple use of the single subscription access information.
(xii) Investment Advice: Galtateia Corporation is not a registered investment advisor. Making investment and trading decisions are solely your responsibility. Nothing in our forecasts should be interpreted as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or to take any specific action.You determine if and how the forecast is used in your investments. Past performance does not indicate future results.
(xiii) Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
(xiv) Copyright Protection: A subscription entitles you access to our market forecasts and other web content. Reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any of this material to others is strictly prohibited.
(xv) Availability: We will make every effort to publish our forecasts and web site content in a timely manner; however, because of network problems, or computer failures, we cannot guarantee availability 100 percent of the time. In the event of a prolonged outage of our service, we will adjust your subscription period appropriately.
