SP500-BASED MUTUAL FUNDS AND RYDEX-PROFUND TRADING

The Rydex funds and Profunds will be able to be traded using our service, which will be available to all members as part of the overall subscription package. We have offered a service like this in the past, via telephone hotline, however we have now adapted our mutual fund trading systems for use via the web in a fully automated fashion, and have given particular attention to systems compatible with the SP500-based mutual funds such as RYDEX Nova (1.5x SP500 long leverage) and Ursa (1.0x SP500 short no leverage), and Profunds Ultra Bul (2.0x SP500 long leverage) and Ultra Bull (2.0x SP500 short leverage).

We plan on offering other fund timing systems in the near future, including NASDAQ Composite and NASDAQ-100 related funds, as well as SECTOR FUNDS.

All of the mutual fund trading systems will come under a single subscription that includes all site products, and all will be available via the web, as oppposed to telephone hotline.

The service will not be sent out via email (at least not initially); users will be responsible for logging in and checking the market timing system section each day, and taking action according to the signal postings. Signals will be posted, typically, by 11pm EST after the market close, and will be optimized for use such that users will be able to place a trade the following day for that day's close.

We may engage in an email notification service for an additional fee, however, this needs to be considered further.

The models to be used for mutual fund timing differ from our regular models in the following ways:

1) We have developed models for longer time horizons in an attempt to catch larger swings in the market, and ignore smaller market moves. These models are more easily used by mutual fund traders without incuring excessive trading costs due to taxes and commisions.

2) We also test for profitability based upon a 24 hour lag in the signal execution, which is what most mutual fund timers require to execute trades with their broker or mutual fund group.
